For agencies and brokerages
Every producer verified, on one bill
An agency account puts your producers on your InsureGrades subscription at the same per-seat price, gives you a team compliance view, and gives the agency a public page that links every verified profile.
One bill, same per-seat price
Your plan becomes the agency plan. Every producer you add is a seat at the same price an individual pays ($79.99 Professional, $249.99 Elite). Change seats any time, prorated; no contract.
Team compliance at a glance
Verification status, licenses and expirations, CE progress, E&O and credential expiries, carrier appointments, Compliance Score and regulatory-action flags for every producer, on one page. Private career answers are never shown.
A public agency page
Your agency gets its own page listing every member, verified first, with a combined rating. Each producer's profile links back to it. Producers keep their own profile, licenses, reviews and leads.
How it works
- 1
Claim or create your own profile
The agency is owned by a licensed producer: you. Verify your license against NIPR like any producer (usually under 3 minutes).
- 2
Create the agency
Name it, choose Professional or Elite for the whole team, and set the number of seats. If you already have a Professional or Elite plan, the agency attaches to it.
- 3
Invite your producers by email
Each one gets a 7-day link. A producer already paying for their own plan can keep it or switch to your bill at the end of their period.
- 4
They accept, you see the team
Members get the agency plan at once. You see compliance for everyone; they keep their profile, reviews and quote requests. Anyone can leave; you can remove or close the agency.
Questions agencies ask
Can my agency pay for several producers?
Yes. A verified producer on Professional or Elite creates an agency from Billing (or /agency/new), adds seats, and invites producers by email. Every seat is billed at the agency's plan price on one subscription, and members get that plan. A producer who already pays for their own plan can keep it or switch to the agency's bill at the end of their current period. Producers keep their own profile, licenses and reviews; the owner sees a team compliance view (licenses and expirations, CE progress, credential and E&O expiries, carrier appointments, Compliance Score, regulatory-action flags) and never a member's private career profile, reviews or quote requests. Anyone can leave, and keeps the plan through the period the agency already paid for.
Do I need to be a licensed producer to run an agency?
Yes, in this version. The agency is owned by a claimed, NIPR-verified producer on Professional or Elite and runs on their subscription. Accounts for unlicensed office managers are planned; until then, an owner or principal with a license creates the agency.
What does the agency owner see about each producer?
Compliance only: verification status, licenses and expiration dates, CE progress, E&O and credential expiries, carrier appointments, Compliance Score and any regulatory-action flag, plus whether the seat is billed through the agency. Never the producer's private career profile, reviews management, or quote requests.
What happens if a producer leaves, or the agency cancels?
A producer who leaves or is removed keeps the agency plan through the period the agency already paid for, then their own plan or Starter applies. If the agency's plan ends, every member is told in advance and gets a short grace period to choose their own plan. Profiles, licenses and reviews are always kept.
